LVGL bindings and ports

LVGL v9 for Python. One generator reads the LVGL headers and writes the bindings for MicroPython boards, CircuitPython boards, and CPython (desktop, Android and the browser).

The generator and the three ports live together in omnipython-lvgl: ports/micropython, ports/circuitpython and ports/cpython.
